Study Units (Cooperatives and Lapbooks)
Unit studies integrate multiple academic subjects around a common theme, creating meaningful connections across the curriculum. Reading, writing, science, history, geography, art, and other subjects are taught together through interdisciplinary projects and activities.
Homeschool co-ops bring multiple families together to share teaching responsibilities, educational resources, and learning experiences. They also provide valuable opportunities for collaboration, social interaction, and community learning.
Lapbooks are interactive learning tools that organize information in a creative and visual format using folders, fold-outs, illustrations, and hands-on activities. They are especially effective for summarizing and documenting what students have learned during a unit of study.
